4 years agoUsually if my friends and I decide to go out on a Friday/Saturday night, we go to Gotham because that’s what we know. This Saturday we decided to go give Rize a try, just to try something new. Big mistake. It was DIRTY, and filled with a bunch of people who don’t care about anyone else. Couldn’t enjoy myself because I was too busy worried about being pushed and shoved the whole time by overbearing men. This made me realize how amazing Gotham is. After a couple hours of going through this legitimate torture at Rize we decided we would go to Gotham. As soon as I walked in I felt so much more safe and comfortable. The bouncers, bartenders, and staff are just the best and never ever give a problem. Always our top place to go to have a good time, and definitely the best 18+ spot in new haven!!!!

10 years agoGood club, good music! They have two separate rooms with different music playing, kinda small but fun! I read comments before posting this one and I have to say that as I walked through the crowd nudging ppl out of my way I didn't even get a dirty look so I will definitely go back.
